Peanut's 23rd birthday post comes a little late (again) this month. I love blogging, but can't seem to find time to sit down and do it anymore. You'd think with Peanut going to school twice a week that I'd have more time, but somehow, it got sucked up with classes at the gym, errands, and doctors' appointments. My New Year's Resolution is to make more time to do things I enjoy ... like blogging.
J and I are living and breathing what we believe is the beginning of the terrible two's. It comes with a parade of whining and demanding behavior. Peanut's knows we can understand him, so to get what he wants, he relentlessly repeats the same word thirty times in a row until one of us breaks down. J and I are pretty even on who gives in first.
A few other noteable items:
--learning colors, shapes, numbers, and alphabet
--no interest in potty training
--speaks in full sentences (or at least he tries)
--unbelievably attached to daddy

To add a few more notables to Simonsito's status after 23 months in such a loving home:
-speaks and sometimes confuses Apooh and Adah (I'm Adah, mom is Apooh)!
-enjoys Skype and the computer
-is often hungry
-wakes up on the dot at 7:15 AM
-enjoys playing with all his toys - and, at times, even puts all the toys back where they belong!
-is curious about most everything around him
-has the most gorgeous smile
-is SO well behaved (IMHO)
-is one bundle of sheer joy and beauty!
Oh boy, Simonsito sure has his Uncle wrapped around his little finger. :-)
Oh yeah Peanut does....yet....with his Uncle's certain acceptance!
Simon has some awesome parents = means i have some awesome cousins
