The girls of the San Antonio crew spoiled me yesterday with gifts, lunch at La Condesa, and a chocolate pedicure at Viva Day Spa. Even though the girls offered to throw me a shower, I opted for a small spa retreat so we could catch up since we live in different cities. I am so happy they agreed to go this route. We had the most amazing day filled with lots of girl talk and catching up on MR's Jamaica wedding plans, SK's upcoming trip to Jerusalem, and Chicken wife's adjustment to motherhood while working. The boys came up too to help Jared and Chicken Man babysit while we girls were being pampered. After our day of relaxation, we met up with the guys and drove about 30 minutes to Driftwood for wine tasting and Italian at Lisina. It was a long, but wonderfully fulfilling day with really good friends. My cheeks are still tired from smiling and laughing so much. Baby girl is coming into a world filled with so much love.

We had such a fabulous time and can't wait to meet your baby girl. Peanut is so good with our little Birdie (that's one of our pet names for her). By the way, you look fabulous!
