Not All Roses

I'd say that in general, the Phanberg kids are not too bad to travel with and that they enjoy visiting new places.  With a few international trips under our belts, the adults and kids understand the rigors and deal with it.  Whining is a part of traveling with the kids, especially when they're tired or hungry, but today Peanut and Rocky took it to a whole new level.  We reached DEFCON 2 and knew DEFCON 1 was minutes away unless we remedied the situation.  Lack of sleep, food, and water plus crowds and lots of walking created to two exhausted kids.  Out of desperation, we rushed into the El Corte Ingles and paid an arm and a leg for a second stroller.  It was the best $300 we've spent in a long time.
