Captain's Desk

An update from command central.

With about one week to go, Jared and I have widdled down our moving timeline to about 15 more line items.  Rooms in the house are feeling emptier as we sell more of our furniture.

This move became more real when we finally hit the line item where Peanut and Rocky had to pick out toys to take to Paris.  Jared and I set out two small boxes that they could fill up with their worldly possessions, but forgot to tell them that the boxes needed to close.  Two full large suitcases later, we realized the err of our ways.

And as I take my last trips to Target, I realize how much I will miss thee when I move to the land of crepes and croissants where prices are 1.5 times more and returns are not acceptable.  Sigh.
