One of my favorite meals is oven baked salmon. Here it's served with corn on the cob and a broccoli rice casserole.

Ramen with Shrimp

A friend asked me to post my meals because it's so hard to come up with new dinner ideas. We all get stuck in a rut and have the same thing over and over again. Hopefully, this will inspire me to come up with new recipes while sparking new menu ideas for her.

For my first dinner ideas post, may I present one of our favorites, shrimp with ramen. I transform packets of store bought ramen into a special meal with my sauce made with oyster and soy sauce and lots of garlic.
